I'm not sure I've ever seen a bouquet so beautiful 🥹 I walked in to get flowers for my mom, not knowing what I wanted. The man who helped me was so nice, asked me what colors and just whipped something up so stunningly lovely with perfect popping purple snap dragons among other wonderful and gorgeous fresh flowers. The other guy in the shop was super nice as well and threw in an extra rose. I would absolutely go here again.

Horrible. I feel ripped off. Me, my wife and my sister in law went in on a flower arrangement for our other sister in law. The arrangement was $70 with a $20 delivery charge. The arrangement was supposed to look like a Christmas tree with roses. It wasn't even close, nothing like the photo. It looks like it was just thrown together as an afterthought. There is a clause on the site that says they can substitute flowers. I think that they use this to send anything they want, including inferior flowers. We used telaflora to send the flowers. It's laughable and a joke. I really don't not want to send anyone flowers anymore. It's like these people don't care about art and quality. They just want to throw something together just to get it out the door. Extremely disappointing. The photo shows what I ordered. The other is what they sent.

I ordered an arrangement for my Sister in an assisted living facility. What I ordered thru Teleflorist and what was delivered by Cottage of Flowers was shameful. False advertising. Won't do that again.

Very disappointed in this cottage of flowers piece. There were possibly 3 roses total for an arrangement this expensive (~$80)? The picture online is completely misleading for what was delivered. Will not be ordering from them again. Save your money!

Last minute, I was looking for a bouquet of lillies for my niece. After 2 strike outs this little gem came in and saved the day. They may have been #3 on the call log, but they are #1 in my heart. The flowers were beautiful. 🥰

Ordered three dozen roses at 1:30 p.m. for delivery same day all the way to Avon Lake (they are in Lakewood). No problem for them. I've used them several times over the years and keep coming back for this kind of service.
