The designer spent time with me to create the type of unit for my office that I wanted. The installers came when promised, and worked quickly and efficiently. Although there was a slight error in the measurements, it actually worked to my benefit, giving me a little space for tall objects to be placed out of view. Overall, the unit is great. Lots of storage, which I needed, and it looks great. Thanks Closets by Design.
Closets By Design did a great job planning and installing our master walk-in closet. The designer gave us all kinds of options; many we would not have thought of on our own.
The only thing is the design process took quite a while as they do not use a design app. It's all hand drawn, so changes take quite a bit of time. I'm sure they could book more appointments in a day and improve the customer experience if they did this.
Oh, they were also half the price of a local big box store for essentially the same thing.
