The staff is super helpful, friendly, very knowledgeable, and quick to help. Prices are very competitive. While a bit pricey to some, it saves a long trip as the next best place is far away. It is easy to reach and open daily except for holidays. Many recommend it for hardware supplies and services like winterizing.

After my water heater went out due to basement flooding, I needed to find a driver bit to reattach some sheet metal screws. I described my predicament to the man at the desk and showed him the screw in question. He took a look, reached for a display on the counter and pulled out the exact item I needed. You just don't get that kind of service at a big box store.

This is a GREAT local hardware store! They have just about everything you would need and their prices are very competitive (about the same price as Home Depot, and you can save yourself a trip). Also, the employees are very knowledgeable and quick to help you. Another huge advantage is you don't have to wait 10 minutes to find someone to help you, like you do in the big box stores! It's always my first stop whenever I need hardware supplies and I definitely recommend them to others!!

What a hardware store should be. A little bit of everything, not impossible to navigate and super helpful customer service!
