Doctors like Dr. Jain are informative and draw patients in when discussing care. Dr. Guy and his staff are phenomenal, very knowledgeable, caring, and take time explaining procedures. The oncology team is professional and kind, making a hard journey easier with expert folks. Nurses are described as caring, professional, and loving. Patients are pleased with the teams representing doctors like Drs. Pucheril and Riggs-Carter for bladder cancer care, including surgeries and infusion protocols. The center provides the most advanced patient-centered care, focusing on healing the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Really compassionate people! I know I am cared for here!! Sorry I do not care for the checking in with a computer, it makes me feel like I'm checking out my own groceries at Walmart! Why not just give me the IV and let me do the procedure myself?
I am currently under care by Drs. Pucheril and Riggs-Carter for bladder cancer. I have undergone 2 surgeries have now started an infusion protocol. I am pleased with the teams these two represent.
