I worked directly with the master jeweler from concept to final product. Transparent pricing with tiered options. Very quick turnaround and very reasonable price. I got to see a mock-up before he produced the final item. I returned with my partner sometime later for a custom band to match the engagement ring. The creativity and innovation delighted us! We very much recommend this jeweler for custom pieces.
Can't say enough good things about this business and Thuan, the owner and skilled jeweler. He created a custom engagement ring for me, exactly what I was wanting from a single picture I provided. Although I felt knowledgeable about diamonds before going, he explained and showed me additional information and examples that resulted in a ring beyond what I hoped for. He created it at a cost below comparable rings online, and completed it very quickly. I will return to this business for any future jewelry needs, couldn't be happier. We are very lucky to have ACT jewelers and Thuan in our community.
