I recently had the pleasure of working with Rick from Thompson Plumbing and HVAC services. He tackled quite a list for me - from updating our plumbing starting right from the water meter, laying down new sewage lines, to getting a new furnace and AC unit in place with all the ductwork. And if that wasn't enough, he sorted out the gas lines for my stove, dryer, furnace, and even the water heater. Through it all, Rick was always there, making sure I was in the loop and addressing any concerns. We had a new ac unit installed by Rickey in July. He was very professional, friendly, and gave good advice on how to keep our new ac unit in good shape and working like new for years to come. It worked wonderfully and kept us cool all summer. I held off on leaving a review until we could try things out for a bit.We went to turn the heat on this fall and the furnace didn't work. We had not used it since winter but it was working fine then. I contacted Rickey and he offered to come over to look at it immediately, at 11:30pm, when he realized we were without heat.
