Technician came in went through all the steps tried a couple different things finally settled on the right thing fired it up and was in and out. Respectful guy did a great job earned every single star I gave him.

The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He listened to my situation, ordered necessary part, had it shipped to me. When he returned he had my microwave fixed and working quickly. When he left the work area was spotless. A very pleasant gentleman.
