This place is horrible, the nurse is super lazy, and the doctor is mean and rude. Don’t wanna help you, just wants that money.. don’t go here hoping to feel better cause when u leave you won’t cause they won’t help… they also lie about what your appointment is for just to get you into there office for that money.. nope not again.. I’ll let everyone I know about your place and make sure u don’t get to put your hands in there pockets also…

The people at Cleveland clinic, pain management in Kent Ohio are some of the most kind people that I've ever met in my entire life. Their customer service was beyond impeccable and they told me the truth...including the "why". If you've had a bad experience with pain management clinic, this place is the alternative to that. I would leave more than 5 stars of I could.

i have had a real problem with trying to call 800 941 6672. no one ever picks up phone, all you get is we will call you back in 24 hrs. ya what day. waited today for a follow up call never came. suppose to schedule for next appointment. never happened. pain institute yep try calling that number an talk with someone.

Unbelievable lack of patient service. No one answers the phone. A consult from my physician was not answered for over a week until I called again. This is not a good observation for the world renowned Cleveland Clinic. World renowned? Not this place. More than disappointing.

Dr Metha does care about you if you're under the age of 50. I've already worn through a significant amount of bone in my knees to the point where im not comfortable with injection since i know that they thin the bone out each time you get them. I asked for painkillers and she flat out told me she wont prescribed them to anyone under the age of 60. I then asked about knee replacements and she said im not doing that. I am in so much pain that suicide is a daily thought. Somebody please help I am constantly being discriminated against because of my age and I don't know how much more I can take

This is the most professional office that has the most outstanding staff! An id like to mention a few names that make me smile each an every time I come. Let me start at the front desk, Jessica h and Bonnie L, they are always waiting with a smile an a compliment. Then Stephanie c. She is just the best as well always positive an happy. Wears a smile all the time as well. Maggie f is just as awesome as well. Then the whole reason I come ( all thou I love the girls an they are a big part of why I keep coming back) dr. Leone is such a great doctor! He’s informative an will explain precisely what he is doing an how it will work. The care I receive here is outstanding. This is one appointment that I enjoy coming to once/twice a week. An the results I see from doctor Leone care is above anything I have ever received. Thanks for having a great team at the pain an spine clinic , it’s a team like that that helps change life’s!

So glad I moved on to a different pain clinic that takes a holistic view of pain management. Dr Mehta told there was no way for me to get injections in my knee without dye, which I can't have because I have kidney failure. I've now had several injections in my knee at the new place with ultrasound guidance. Then one day I showed up at her office crying in pain, barely able to walk because my knee was so inflamed. She said there was nothing she would do for me, not even give me a cortisone shot, and then left the room and told me I could leave when I stopped crying. I have words for her but I won't put them on the world wide Web. This review should stand for itself.

The Spine and Pain Institute has helped me so much with my neck and shoulder pain! I was in severe pain before receiving treatment from Dr. Mehta, Dr. Leone, and their staff. By working with them and following their exercises and stretches I am almost pain free. I highly recommend The Spine and Pain Institute!!

the staff at the procedure center are great.
