I arrived early waiting for the lab to open. I watched all the staff arrive and park in the closest parking spots so the sick and elderly would have to walk farther and in the rain.

Our family doctor is great and the office staff are nice as well.Terrible communication. Not great at returning calls.I called to request a med be changed (left a voicemail and asked for a return call as well). No return call.I called a second time to check in and they were going to check on it and get back to me. I asked them to call me and NOT my husband (he can’t answer calls at work and I can); they said they wrote my number down.On my third call about the same issue, they told me they left a voicemail for my husband.In the end, they did change the med, like I asked. No longer the practice it used to be. I had a great relationship with my previous provider here. On my first appointment with a new one I have already been blamed for others not hearing me / reporting information correctly. Internal communication at the practice now seems to be an issue. My new doctor openly said she was not concerned about painful hard growths on my throat with very little inspection. When Covid test was requested to ensure sickly parents would not be at risk, it was denied due to not having acute symptoms.
