EXCELLENT grooming services! Pricing is good but the BEST feature is they care about your pet!! I've raised English Bulldogs for years and they require special care with grooming. in the past, I've had injuries due to throat restraint ( while on grooming table) , sprained wrists from slipping off the table, yeast infections from not drying properly....I stopped taking my dogs to groomers years ago because of this. Recent health issues make it difficult for me to do it properly myself so when I moved to Brimfield I gave them a shot after hearing high recommendations. Lisa is so caring & aware of all my bulldogs needs & goes above & beyond for their special care. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this business!

When I initially called for our appt , they were so patient and professional! When I took Bolt in, they were warm and welcoming. And he was HAPPY when I picked him up, not anxious. I have taken him to 2 different places for bath, nails, ears,etc. But this business will definitely be our place! The deshedding was amazing! We think he lost 5 lbs. 😅 Thank you! 🙂

They always seem pretty busy, but even as a walk-in, we get service right away. The work is always well done and the staff is very friendly. The price is reasonable but not outstanding. That is the only thing that kept me from giving them 5 stars.

Rachel takes great care of our pooch. When we first had her groom him it was fresh off the heels of several disappointing appointments with others. He HATED it! Lol. He's a bit of a grumpy old man. Rachel took the time to get to know Chuck and we followed her to P.O.P. he adores Rachel and always leaves looking dapper and walking pretty!

Becka is THE BEST. She took good care of my 6 months Shih Tzu who has anxiety. Becka took her time and she was extremely patient throughout the whole process and made sure my dog is taken care of. I highly recommend her and will definitely be taking my dog there again and again!

They did a great job with my senior dog. I requested a bath for my boxer. The price was great. They are cash only I was late to pick up my dog for personal reasons and they didn't charge me, I was very grateful. Excellent place highly recommend!!
