I have worked at 4th Gen as an independent stylist for almost a year. Going into a Booth Rental being a seasoned stylist who only worked commission based salons in the past, was scary. The two owners, Susan and Rachel, do all the things to make everyone that rents with them successful. Imagine the feel of a commission salon but you’re your own boss!!! They hold events and education classes. They do social media and content creation. They do sales on products and many other things that keep the clients coming in. Also, Susan doesn’t do anything beauty industry wise, she just truly cares about helping the success of others! If you are looking for a place to rent, come check it out! It is drama free, and just an overall great place for a stylist to call home!
Beth is amazing! She listens, always has perfect recommendations for any change ups that my daughter and I want to do, and is so very talented. She’s done our cuts and color for years now, and still never ceases to amaze us when we leave.
