I went in with the intention of just test driving and looking at a used Toyota. Chad, the salesperson had the car ready for me and had knowledge of the product, features, and vehicle history. I was on a short time frame, and in a flash Terry the sales manager and Chad worked up a deal that was acceptable to me.
I had no intention of buying, so they are stellar friendly salespeople willing to work with their customers. Not a lot of games or back and forth thank goodness.
Victory was quick and efficient. An employ even recognized me after a 15 year timeframe when he knew me in a totally different venue. I met Dan and had a nice conversation with him as well.
