Was upfront about what he considered to be the problem and explained many possible root causes. Very professional and knowledgeable about his busy business and the subject matter. When my father described a negative experience with another outfit he didn't say anything derogatory about them. My entire family to use if the future for any sewage issues that may arise. Given his business I have expected a dirty truck and/or clothes. Not the case. Buckeye Drain Solutions are who you call when crap hits the fan.“
