With an almost 20 year old Waterfurnace geothermal HVAC system cutting out on cooling with temperatures in the 90's, they made it out to do diagnosis that day/evening. Long term fix was provided the next week due to waiting on a part. Both Technicians I worked with had integrity, and there is no high pressure upselling, they only lay out options and cost. A pleasure working with them. I plan to use them for the next 20 years....it is nice to experience true customer service. And the receptionists are great.
