The man came out and fixed the outside AC unit in 20 min, a very easy and friendly service. The technicians did a good job with the HVAC system, remain professional and courteous. Communication was amazing, with text message sent prior to arrival and step of the way. The company identified the issue, fixed the AC unit within a half hour of arrival and called 30 min before the arrival. Technicians were efficient, knowledgeable and on time, replaced the AC unit and coil so the house was cool and comfy within an hour. The real deal is excellent job, friendly and patient technicians, and saved money for home owners. Experience was the best possible, an awesome job, and the first call for any HVAC related issues in the future.
Old Republic Home Warranty sent them. Read the other low reviews. This is a very poor operation and after several months of issues with their AC installation we had to another company to start over from scratch. Awful experience.

If your home warranty company tries to contract this company for HVAC services, request a different contractor immediately. Terrible communication, hazardous work, and horribly unprofessional. They overcharged our AC unit by a great deal and also by passed the high pressure switch on the compressor (incredibly unsafe practice and should never be done). They claimed there was nothing wrong with it and it was only acting up because it was old and needed cleaned— (it is a system from 2022?). Worst service ever, set a time and wouldn't show up, or texted at 7: 30 am saying be there in an hour, we were at work. Did not finish job blamed it on something else. Debbie and Shana have awful customer service. Still have no air or heat, no heat all winter cuz it was to cold to work on it. Yet we went without heat and had to use heater fans. Yes came from a warrenty company!!
