Okay hear me out! I know the Holzer on Burlington road has a bad reputation (rightfully so) but this clinic location is NOTHING like that! I’ve had numerous experiences over the phone and in person with secretaries, nurses, and doctors in multiple departments and have been treated with nothing but respect and care. The urgent care is professional and they try to get you in as soon as possible, especially if it’s more of an emergency situation. The general practitioners are truly caring, everyone seems like they enjoy their job and don’t hate interacting with patients, the front desk staff are legitimately friendly. My mom has been using holzer clinics/hospitals since past 10 years. The staff at holzer clinics/hospitals in Athens, Gallipolis, and Jackson- Ohio are the Best. Since past few weeks Athens and Jackson Holzer staff have helped us tremendously to schedule a biopsy for my mom. We really appreciate the staff who went beyond to make entire biopsy procedure smooth. Shout out to Dr. Belvins, Kathy (Jackson), Teresa(Front Receptionist at Jackson), Tammy(NP at Athens), Amy (RN at Jackson). Thank you Holzer Staff!!

I’ve been having issues with my ears for the past year. Constant ear and sinus infections, it’s been nothing but pure misery. Dr. Cosenza and his medical team have went above and beyond to help fix the issues and have provided me with excellent care. I won’t ever see anyone else but Dr. Cosenza. Thank you, Holzer Clinic!
