We have been to this salon several times to get my daughters hair done and it usually turns out fine. This last time that we were there it did not turn out at all and of course my daughter was upset and crying and I questioned why her hair didn't turn out and of course they gave all kinds of excuses and told us to come back in six weeks and we could take care of it. So I called to make an appointment and now they have refused to see us. Salons are supposed to make you feel good about yourself but this one absolutely makes me and my daughter feel terrible. Never in my life of 50 years have I ever been treated so poorly.
