I really can’t say enough about the good folks at Servpro SS&LC. They show up fast when you need them . . . assess the situation quickly and get the fixes done right the first time . . . they listen and empathize, understand and explain. Bottom line, they care. We’ve had to call on theIr skills and service more than once this year, and whether we’re standing in water or it’s dripping on our heads, we’re 100% confident with Servpro. Isn’t that what it’s all about. They know their business and keep their promises. And, let me add, affordably, too. Thanks, Servpro!
I have been blown away by the craftsmanship and customer service provided by Servpro. My home had recently been affected by a house fire and sustained major smoke damage, so we called on Servepro for help to fix our basement. The customer service they provided was unbelievable as well as their work. All odors from the fire were completely removed. The workers who provided the service were professional and came up with intuitive solutions that I never would have been able to think of myself! They worked with us to make sure that everything we wanted was achieved and perfected. They went above and beyond all of our expectations. The craftsmanship was great as they redid the flooring, paneling, drywall work, lighting, painting, plus more. With such a large task presented to them, they performed quickly and efficiently with an overall great look. I was amazed at the work put in and so was my family when they saw our new basement and how the rest of the restored house looked! With such a fantastic experience with Servpro, I would highly recommend them to everyone and if a similar problem ever presents itself, I will be sure to contact them again.
I am not usually one to take the time to leave a review but I just have to because they’re that good!! They do excellent work and keep everything organized in the process. Anyone that knows me, knows I’m very particular so this means a lot coming from me. Thank you, SERVPRO!!!! I appreciate you all.
