Curtis LITERALLY saved my life and my neighbors letting us know that there was a gas leak in our basement today!! It's stressful enough to not have utilities that should be included with an apartment and we have been waiting 6 days on a new hot water tank. Curtis has kept us more up-to-date than the landlord has and Curtis is the only one that got through to my landlord letting him know that there was a gas leak. He's so friendly so personable and has helped us so much in these last several days that we have been waiting to get our hot water tank hooked back up. I-Town Plumbing does a great job. I had them install a hot water heater in my basement and the end result was nice and neat! They also keep you in the loop on everything during the whole process so you always know what the next move is.
Dealt with another plumber on a clogged drain. After a lot of time and money drain was still blocked. Other plumber was almost ready to start removing drywall to cut the line out. I Town plumbing gave me a recommendation over the phone that cleared the drain. I will call I Town plumbing first, they have my business from now on. Highly recommended!
