This man is as top notch a lawyer. I was railroaded by the CPD for a case that was 14 years old. One call to this man and I was released 24 hours later with a dismissal. Without having to be arraigned first. I've been out of trouble for years since my recovery from substance use disorder. And, from experience this will almost never happen. He fought for me and the beautiful thing about this is I didn't even talk to him until today for the first time. A day after I get released. I was having doubts due to the attorney I hired and Dale was made aware at the very beginning. With that said, he was more than willing to hear my case and basically gave me guidance and reassurance. If, and when, I have to hire him, I will be more than comfortable having him as my attorney.
