I would do negative starts if I could. I've been trying to submit an accidental claim for months. They always have issues and they escalate it and nothing ever happens. Worst experience I've ever had working with any company. How are they still in business, oh because they never pay claims they just take your money.

I applied for short term disability weeks before my surgery. 3 months later, no response from representative or her supervisor. I would not recommend doing business with this insurance company. Stay away!☹️

Terrible. I turned in paperwork for my short term disability long before I was scheduled to go out for surgery. It’s been MONTHS since I went out on leave(I am now back at work) and I have gotten paid for “one day” of my 6 1/2 week leave for having an organ removed. I’ve called a couple of times a week and have NEVER heard from my actual “claims manager” I escalated to a manager and NEVER heard from them either. I got an email from someone asking when my actual return to work date was. When I started asking questions about my claim all I got was “our systems are down” ( I’ve been told that several times during this process) and that we are still waiting...read full review
