I don’t think I could ever quite express how absolutely wonderful and helpful every single person at this independence, Ohio location are, but I’m here to try. I wasn’t really sure what to expect when we started this journey with my son needing a doc band, but every person at this clinic was so informative and helpful and encouraging through the entire process. I believe we started our journey back in April and we are coming to close, as my son has shown great improvement with his head shape. We received great news each appointment about how well our son was progressing. We were extremely diligent about him wearing his doc band and looked forward to his graduation day. Unfortunately the final photos showed little improvement in my eyes and they offered to sell me on another helmet. At this point my son was almost 11 months old and according to our Dr would see little benefit. We had such a great experience up until the end and I’m disappointed. I wish photos were done more regularly, rather than the very end.
Highly recommend! Great communication and efficient scheduling. We have been very pleased with our son's results from his doc band. His therapist, Kelly Evans, is so helpful and truly cares about her patients!
