I started going here on December 18. I’m officially down almost 22 lbs. The staff is very helpful and supportive. I knew this was going to be more of a journey. It has definitely helped my eating habits. I also feel a lot healthier since I have been taking the weight off my workouts have become more effective, and I actually feel like I’m accomplishing something.
