my son is mixed so i should have taken that into consideration before choosing this place but im still so upset i paid 35 dollars for my sons first hair cut and i felt like she just rushed through it. she was great with my son but i had to take him to a barber directly after because of how bad it looked and the barber wasn’t even able to fix it because she cut the hair off in a spot that shouldn’t have even been touched. there was hair sticking out on the side. the photo below was taken before the other place fixed it!

This was our first time checking out this salon for our 4 year old son. As soon as we walked in, Rose noticed that he was wearing a Paw Patrol shirt, and put the show on the iPad for him to watch. She did a great job on his haircut - explaining things when he got a little nervous with the clippers by his ears. Overall a really nice experience!

Might as well have let my toddler cut his own hair with how bad it looks. Had to completely recut it myself. This wasn’t his first haircut so even though he doesn’t like haircuts, we have had others that still did a great job.

Made an appointment at 11 and the lady was working on a kid in the chair and had another one waiting when we arrived at 11. So we said, hey no problem we will walk around, as she knew we booked at 11. We come back at 11:25 and with no call or text, she had another kid in the chair. 0 warning and she didn’t acknowledge us as soon as we walked in. We got up and left. Extremely rude to do that. It’s hard enough to entertain a toddler for 30 minutes in a small place which is why we walked around the building , then to pass over us again. Will not be returning. You should work on your customer experience.

My grandson has autism. Haircuts are very difficult at home. After hearing great things about Snip-it’s we decided to take the one hour trip. I THINK we had Tamara as the stylist. The atmosphere is amazing. My grandson was a wild man. He started hitting and kicking so we stopped trying to get him to agree for everyone’s safety. But let me tell you…the stylist was incredibly patient. She remained calm with him, speaking softly to him and never tried to man handle him. I recommend this place ?, even though we couldn’t accomplish what we wanted to. It was his autism and had NOTHING to do with the stylist. I will continue to recommend Snip-it’s to anyone that will listen!

We just moved to Hudson and had Tamara cut our son's hair and she did such a great job! She's great with kids and clearly loves what she does! We highly recommend her!

The stylist (Miss Cricket) was patient and created a nice hair style while my child was crying hysterically and moving her head constantly. From the time you walk in to the time you walk out, the crew is really attentive and nice. I love the kid's first haircut package - definitely recommend it!
