This company is extremely honest and fast! Took my computer for work told me he could repair but told me l would be wasting money and to get a new one....took new one in he transfered all my files and l was back in business. 5 stars Thanks Mike!
Excellent experience. I came in because I had some 3rd party Wireless Access Points that were no longer pumping that sweet, sweet bandwidth throughout the house. Mike's Computer Rescue listened to me explain the issue and they were able to accurately identify the issue and to recommend and implement a solution that not only corrected the current issue, but also allows for robust and flexible network management in the future. I tell everyone I know about Mike's Computer Rescue, but now I feel like I should tell the world about how great they are. I have been using them for many years, and they have always been able to figure out any problem I have with my computer. I am 78 and am not really a computer person, so I think I have tested them to the limits, and they not only solve any problem I have had, but they are always so willing to help and have never made me feel stupid. I go to San Francisco quite a bit, and even when I call them from there, they are always able to help me. I don't know what I would ever do without them. They are truly incredible and patient beyond belief.
