George was a great home inspector! He was very responsive to my initial call and schedule. He is very detailed, very knowledgeable and made my husband and I feel very confident in his expertise. He not only points out issues he also gives recommendations on how to clean and maintain everything, including plants and trees. He’s a wealth of information and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

George A Jellison is a retired home builder/ renovation contractor, with 33 years of experience. He has performed over 8400 fee paid inspections in the last 49 years. Each inspection consists of spending about 3 to 4 hours at the property, including walking the roof, when weather permits. The inspection is finalized by reviewing the data and pictures later, then typing a custom written summary. The report is delivered by email, normally within 24 hours. This is followed up by a hard copy in the mail upon request. George Jellison is also a licensed Radon tester, using continuous Radon monitors.
