Alex, and Billy came to repair my 300 lbs garage door that was not going down. Because of there astute diagnosis, and replacing parts at a reasonble price, my garage door weighs around 45 lbs now. Service person was very friendly and timely. He injured himself remove a seal but kept going and so sensors were replaced and weatherstripping on each side and bottom for a warm winter!
