My 32 year old Genie door opener had seen better days, and after reading many reviews, I had Billy from Elevate Garage Door out to replace it. In about 90 minutes he had it up and running and gave me a short tutorial on the keypad operation, downloaded the phone app, and fully explained other features of the new opener. He couldn’t have been more cordial and professional, and he made sure my car was programmed and all my questions answered before he left. I’ll definitely be using Elevate Garage Door for all my garage door maintenance and service going forward. Top notch for efficiency, expertise and customer service!

We had a spring break on a Saturday. Elevate was open so I called them. Billy arrived 30 minutes after I called. He was super friendly and explained what happened and what he would be replacing. Perfect interaction. I will be returning as a customer.
