I interacted mostly with Derek. Just a heads up... it doesn't matter what company you use, your bushes and flowers will get messed up. We also had one screen get torn because of debris from the tear-off. But here's what you need to know. Derek went above and beyond... he found out our main culprit for why our roof was in rough shape and since he had some parts in his truck, he added the necessary ventilation for our bathrooms at no additional charge... and nobody beat his price for the tear-off, reroof and the price per sheet of plywood... not even close. They did an amazing job replacing our old roof, handling the removal of the old one and installing the new, along with a few necessary board replacements. Their attention to detail was truly outstanding. Because of their speed, efficiency, and reliability on the roofing project, we confidently hired them again to replace our soffits and gutters. The most responsive and reliable contractor! I’ve been using Derek, Collins Roofing for all my roofing and home improvement needs since 2017. A large tree crashed through my home causing extensive damage to roof, rafters, and interior rooms. They showed up within minutes of my call and proceeded to take care of absolutely everything for me: replacing, repairing and improving to be even better than original.
