Husband and wife Jerry And Melissa cleaned my two story carpeted house including the stairs. They were very professional and a joy to talk to. I was more than pleased by the finished product and the cost was very reasonable. I was extra impressed by their attention to detail and thoroughness and hard work which I really appreciate because I like to do things that way. All the rooms were thoroughly vacuumed ahead of time, including the baseboards. Furniture was moved and put back in their place with protective pads under the feet and every room looked like a work of art by the way they raked up the carpet nap as they left the room. Wow!! What a great team, Jerry and Melissa!! So professional and outstanding service. Hands down. We have been at our location for 11 years, the carpets look brand new now that Jerry & Melissa cleaned them!! I can't say thank you enough.
Cannot being to say how well Jerry and his team at Chem Dry did on our carpets. We had a few pet stains and they are now completely gone.
Very communicative, on time as well.
