Just about every time my dr .faxes a order blood. Or its. The staff has too look for the order. An say we don't have it. The n look again oooo just came in . Nonetheless true. Where is manager not getting things ran right. Dr sent order at 930 2 times they gave ne a sermon no no order. I called Dr. Yez we sent 2 times.have to call urgent care again ooooooooo they found order. Are people not doing there jobs ???
Everyone I came in contact with during my visit was great. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all professional, pleasant and kind. I was back in my car in 35 minutes from arriving. Very pleased with my experience.
Stepping on a nail and having to get a TDAP is zero fun. Having said that (I’m so sorry I’m terrible with names) the lady at the front desk, my nurse and the doctor were all incredible. They had seen about 60 patients before me that day but still treated me like I was the first. So nail in foot: bad. Staff at Kettering Health Urgent Care - Huber: amazing
