Darian (technician) came prepared and quickly determined that there was no power coming into the unit after rechecking the wiring connections & resetting the quick disconnect.
We did discover the AC unit breaker had tripped and unit did comeback on after resetting it.
Technician did State he thought unit still needed a chemical cleaning of the Unit condenser coil radiator grills.....which I'm taking under advisement and may request/schedule for another day.... having other requirements to manage.
Overall, good courteous service from Darian!
Luke was WONDERFUL. It was late but he still came out and I felt took extra time checking my furnace until he found what the problem was. I really appreciated his patience. His customer service skills were excellent. I’m so glad I called you’re company.
Five Star is a great company. Always quick to get us on the schedule and to provide excellent service. And it's no-nonsense with the repairs. Giving me my choice between inexpensive simple fixes and modest upgrades that can get me more life from my equipment. There has never been pressure to over-spend. And I also get straight forward feedback about what is going on. Jeffrey Rhel was a great tech to have out today and I look forward meeting more of the team and keeping an annual maintenance schedule with them.
