I have been with Pugh Heating since 1999. They initially installed my heating and air condition Years later they replaced my water heater. A couple of years ago they replaced my heating system. And they just replaced my central air conditioning. I am very satisfied with Pugh Heating. I would recommend them because I trust them. They are efficient, friendly, prompt.

Salesman offered to repair the furnace but due to the cost and age (17 years), I opted to get it replaced. He also informed me that due to the basement flooding, I would need a new water heater. He was able to tell me that it was the original (23 years old). Service was efficient and was walked through the details on the water heater and furnace at the end of installation.
