Installed by HVAC in 2003 and replaced it 2023. Came in about $2000 under the local Carrier place’s bid and better customer service start to finish. Did my DTE rebate paperwork for me - before even sending my bill. From the first phone call and estimate by Jeremy (within 24 hours) to the installation, fantastic customer service. Answered all my questions honestly. Techs came from Ohio to near Ann Arbor early morning and even made friends with the dog. Left things neat and clean. Only reason I went with the local guys years ago was because Pugh stopped coming to Ann Arbor. Glad the owner changed his mind. Very highly recommended!

We had family visiting from out of town and the air conditioner stopped working on a Thursday afternoon. Called Pugh Heating & Air Conditioning early Friday morning and their HVAC service person was here by early afternoon and replaced the faulty part to correct the problem. Excellent service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the Pugh organization.
