Consistently, we have gotten carpeting and pseudo-hard flooring hroughout our last two homes by Carpets By Otto. We were in the first 26 years, and purchased carpet remnants you could not believe their beauty and long elasticity. We've been in our present home 25 years and chose none other than Carpets By Otto again; you guessed it: Remnants in two areas, new carpeting in a third. Additionally, a home office, foyer and laundry area in faux-hardwood. I love indoor-outdoor carpets. and this great company has always had a wide variety of stylish colors at just the right prices for us. It doesn't stop there. GREAT WORK - My wife and I renovated a building to start a business. It was a trilevel house that had been used as a business and needed new carpet throughout on three levels and including stairs with angles. Given the different rooms and building design it was a challenge for the installation crew. They had to do not only carpet, but also linoleum for three entrances. The staff at the store were wonderful in suggesting options and the installation crew was efficient. Friendly, flexible, and courteous. A job well done!
Great prices, efficient ordering and paying, easy pickup for a large custom rug for our showroom. Nancy was amazing with helping me select the perfect color and the backing and edge stitching was perfect. I’ve had multiple compliments on the feel of the new rug.
