Called them at 8:30am letting them know my well pump wasn't working. They called back 10 minutes later saying that their tech would be her in 30 minutes. Leroy was on time, courteous and professional. Explained everything he was doing. Replaced a frayed wire on the pump and also replaced a failing pressure switch. Great company, fast response, great employee and a very fair price.

Today I had a very pleasant experience,we lost water pressure in our home and was referred to Automatic ,right from the conversation with Joyce to the end of the work that Gerald and Andy did I can not express the professionalism ,knowledge and wisdom that was displayed from the diagnosis to completion of repairs and replacement of equipment.This was a A1 experience that I was projecting as terrible ,Rest assured I d call and refer this Company to anyone in need.

I can't rave enough about this company!! Perfect customer service, they did a BEAUTIFUL job installing it, and the land even settled in perfectly without it needing graded (which they also will do if necessary)
