Arrived 2 weeks early. Arrived day before gloomy weather. Service Men did a wonderful job disassembling old cover and installing new. 1 with more color suited for new home exterior. On time and within budget. Personnel did what they promised!

I cannot say enough good about this company. Very responsive on any problem. We had some convuluted issues which they took the time to figure out and resolve. They work their butts off during the height of the season. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Automatic Pool Covers of NE Ohio gets a 5 star rating from me for the thorough communication, prompt reply to request for service, the AWESOME guy who came to give us an estimate who just did stuff he didn’t have to do in order to even understand what was going on. I was expecting someone to just view it and take a few measurements and give us an inflated estimate. I especially expected it when they came into our neighborhood because that is what normally happens. We get inflated quotes because of our home and I appreciate that didn’t happen.
