I am very pleased with my service with Zoom Drain. Alex took care of the main issue with my drains and could have left but when my sump pump was still having issues he took it upon himself to get it fixed and working properly. I truly appreciate his kindness and his willingness to make sure everything was working. The appointment was easy to book and they even messaged me personally to ask about my problem which I appreciated so much. I will use them again when problems arise.

The Zoom Drain team is very professional. They came out to analyze the problem, suggested how to fix it, and gave a prompt, reasonable quote. Then, they repaired our sewer line and installed a sump pump in a very practical, timely manner. I really can’t say enough good things about Alex, Gage, and Tyler. This company has great communication, they are very prompt about arriving on time. Very organized and knowledgeable about the job they came to do. They let me know every step of the process who was coming with a picture text and when they would be coming from that first contact to start the job process. The whole crew answered all of my questions that I had and informed me every step that they was doing. They are very neat and organized setting up to do the job and also cleaning up. I hade to have my drive which was part of the sidewalk here in town cut up and then get my water line repaired.
