Excellent customer service from the first call. Gage did an excellent job checking our main drain and making his professional recommendations on what steps were needed. Timely and thorough, arrived when they said they would and knew exactly who to expect.
We went to the basement this morning with innocent intentions: find the outdoor Christmas bins, turn on some Mariah Carey, pretend we’re organized adults. Instead, we opened the door and discovered a full-blown biblical event. Inches of standing water, and floating.. sewage filled surprises’ (I’ll let you use your imagination) A day reserved for rest — not wading through the River of Absolutely the Heck Not. I immediately called Zoom Drain. Within AN HOUR, (not exaggerating) they were here. I don’t know who trained them (actually I do, she’s a queen), but they deserve a medal. They showed up, didn’t flinch at the disaster, explained everything clearly, fixed the problem fast, and somehow made us feel like we weren’t the dramatic ones (even though I was absolutely one gag away from moving houses). If you ever find yourself standing in surprise basement sewage — or anything even close — call Zoom Drain. Truly the best experience we’ve ever had with any service company. Fast, kind, knowledgeable, saved Christmas… and our sanity. 100/10 recommend. As a business owner myself, I’m deeply grateful for not only the quick response but the professionalism, on a Sunday. Their day off. I understand the frustration of owning your own business and constantly being at the mercy of requests on your day off and I don’t take their kindness and patience with us lightly. 🤍
