I love this place. Great Customer Service. I’ve been coming to Perfect Cuts since 2015, and haven’t had a single bad experience. There’s always great conversation and it’s a very friendly environment.

I want to extend a special thank you to Mr. Jake His respect, understanding, and accommodation towards my family have genuinely touched our hearts.
My fiancé brought our two boys for haircuts—this was their first experience, and one of our boys is on the spectrum and nonverbal. The patience and compassion shown by Mr. Jake and the other staff members were remarkable.
When my son became overwhelmed and started to scream, another barbers children stepped in to help. They comforted him, engaged him in conversation, and even offered him lollipops, which made a world of difference.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and I don’t know why I’ve never reviewed these guys I sat in the first chair and had the owner cut me today and he’s absolutely great I’ve actually got a cut from every person in there and they’re all really good my son gets cut here my cousin gets cut here I’m picky about barbers and this place is full of good people by far the best shop I’ve been to in Columbus if I could give you guys 10 stars I would he told me how much he cares about each customer he said if it wasn’t for us there would be no them and I really appreciated what he was saying !! Good people good haircuts go check them out
