Waited 45 minutes to see doctor. As he came in I told his was not happy. He told me this is normal
I said no it is not and walked out. Never to go back or recommend this practice

Dr. Berkum was very kind and took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The one star has to do with the extremely rude lady at the front desk. Yelling at me because I couldn't find the exit to leave and accidentally tried opening the wrong door. Didn't catch her name but had blonde hair pulled up with glasses. My next appointment will be at another location.

I would not suggest this place to anyone. The dr is eager to leave the room and I have no confidence in him knowing what he is doing. I don’t think he is even a real Dr the things he was saying I could do with my fracture. I know for sure his suggestions would put me in harm and make my fracture worse!
