I didn't know what to expect before my first appointment. During that first therapy session, all my questions were answered fully. I was put totally at ease. I have looked forward to each session even as they become more challenging. I'm seeing the benefits and I'm thrilled.
My experience with Ortho One has been outstanding from the beginning and I can’t imagine it will be any different at the end. Everyone in the Hilliard office is a pleasure to work with starting as soon as I walk in the door. The facility is neat and clean. I had my meniscus replaired and Matt is my PT. He seems genuinely concerned about my well being. He takes the time to explain how and why he is having me do each exercise. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and very encouraging. I couldn’t be happier to be his patient. Thanks Matt for making an unpleasant experience pleasant!
All of the PTs have been very knowledgeable about my injury and provide great information when asked questions. In addition, they take extra steps to ensure goals are being met and should there be an issue with a movement they provide a work around that eventually leads to the movement being completed correctly.
