i made an appointment for 11am, got called back at 11:10, then got my blood pressure and temp taken. no problem there. i then waited 50 minutes for my doctor and finally when i opened my door to ask how much longer the wait would be a doctor got snappy with me and said “i don’t know how much longer i dont know who you are”. about 7 minutes later that same doctor who gave me a sassy reply was my doctor who was took almost an hour to check on me. she apologized but i still did not appreciate that.

It was a great experience I had at the orthopedic suite. To top it well I had a great staple removal from MA Ishmael and a great company as well with MA Andrew. The care was noticed and loved. Keep working 🤗

I should have known after my first visit with an apathetic physician, but I returned. After arriving well in advance of my appointment time, I sat and remained in the lobby while I saw at least ten other patients come and go. Finally, after 45 minutes, I was lead to an observation room. The child treating me had no idea who I was and had wrong information in front of him. I was asked to again wait. After about 20 minutes, I simply left. The receptionist could not possibly have cared less as I was the “last patient” of the day. I scheduled my appointment to avoid traffic. Not so much. I strongly encourage anyone to take their needs elsewhere - no apology, no explanation. This Ohio Health facility (normally all top-notch) and its workers and practicians skills and professionalism are garbage.o DARE these people to file a claim - I will appeal it on every level, including the State of Ohio. (Cue the canned template reply from Ohio Health.). Later!!! The template response.

Was there to have blood drawn (Quest labs).
Encourage people to download their app and make an appointment in advance.

While I had a wonderfully kind young lady helping me at the Quest lab… my mother was treated horribly by the man who took her back for her appointment. I was shocked and appalled to see that she physically shaking when she came out of her appointment. His behavior was aggressive and extremely unprofessional. As a healthcare worker myself, I would never dream of treating people in such an unkind and unprofessional manner.
I went back to see if there was anyone at the front desk to report this behavior to and found no one at the desk. She did not get his name, but he was a middle aged, bald, white male.

I am so thankful that I had such a sweet girl helping to take care of me. However, this man was the complete opposite.

What a nightmare to Quest location in Hilliard.Quest labs and blood drawn. As soon as i walked in tall guy says with a smile all our systems are down everywhere. Unless you have paperwork from your doctor. I replied its all on line now..So i i called my doctor right there and ask how to resolve this dilemma with a procedure coming up ,left message.
So i ask lady if i get paperwork tomorrow can i bring it in to get my labs done.
She did even let me finish that sentence to interrupt me saying couldn't get them done we close at 5pm..So i replied you people don't want to help anyone and toss the door open and walked out and got on the elevator.
Meanwhile tall guy Tom Cruise doing mission impossible hutch down around corner of a wall yelling at me and said im going to talk to my supervisor you wont be allowed back.My reply why would i come back this rude ,disrespectful, unprofessional location again...This was Quest labs and blood drawn They ask me several questions about medical on my personal self made me feel awkward.

Her doctor prescribed a medication with polyethylene glycol. It’s in her file. She has an allergy with anaphylactic shock if medication is used.

She was sent for a test and was diagnosed. The doctor told her that she probably would qualify for glp1 Now that she’s diagnosed, she said it’s not enough for her to qualify even though she has 5 comorbidities.

I left a message with your office, but haven’t received a call back

My experience with Alexandria C. Cline, CNP was disappointing. I felt disrespected and dismissed when requesting a referral. Communication was unprofessional, and I did not feel heard.

I was sent to Dr Patel because my stomach doctor couldn't find what has been causing my lifelong nausea symptoms, so she ordered a cortisone level that showed extremely low results. I have had symptoms reminiscent of adrenal deficiency my entire life, so it would make sense to check for that. Dr Patel, however, had already made a decision regarding my health and body before even meeting me. He said that my life long symptoms aren't a problem because I was on steroids for a separate issue at the time. Ok. So do the test again to make sure? Patel not used a dismissive tone of voice from the start of the visit, but he was completely unprofessional and useless as a doctor. If he decided this from the start and didn't plan on listening to me, the person who has lived with these symptoms my whole life, why didn't he just send me a message and cancel the appointment? He clearly just wants money from my insurance.
