Mark isn't just a trainer- he eats, sleeps, and breaths health and fitness. I have never found someone who can explain how every part of his workout is shaping your body inside and out (most are just in it for the paycheck, he's in it for the passion of changing lives).

MM Team Fitness provides a high-quality, cost-effective physical fitness program for everyone from beginners to high-level athletes. The program is research-based and well designed to improve your whole-body strength and coordination. The workouts are very challenging but can be modified for people of all ages. Membership includes nutrition programming which is important. Mark knows his business but is willing to refer clients to other high-quality professionals when appropriate. I highly recommend MM Team Fitness.
