Pam was amazing! She made me feel so welcome and really helped get some of the knots out of my back. The front desk was also super friendly and helpful. I felt really safe / relaxed at this location!

Front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My massage therapist is amazing. She listens to what I need and always checks that the pressure is what I want. I always leave feeling better.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a super friendly staff. The ladies behind the counter was super polite and ran over the consultation again to make sure I knew what I was getting. She then proceeded to tell me that my therapist was a medium/firm specialist and asked if that was ok and if I wanted to proceed. Once that was all over, the kind receptionist guided me to the tranquility waiting area which was very inviting and relaxing. From there I met with my therapist Chelsea. From the get go Chelsea was very polite and very welcoming. She told me yet again her massage type and said if it was too much to let her know and she would do her best to relieve the pressure.... read full review
