Very satisfied with purchase & installation of my new carpet, from carpet selection help by Anita C., to measuring & advice from Bill H., to installation by Harvey & Mike. All were knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Excellent selection of carpet at this store. Satisfied with prices and costs to tear up and haul away. Happy to do business with a local company. Thank you.
Bill was a treat to work with. Helped us with carpet samples and figuring out what we needed. The installers were efficient and the work was high quality; I had them install some leftover carpet in an unfinished area of the basement and wasn't asking for a lot, but they went above and beyond by tailoring the carpet perfectly around the furnace, drain, washer/dryer, etc.
Great products, great service. Staff (especially Dave) were very professional and easy to work with. Installation went smoothly with competent, friendly workmen. Would totally recommend Levi's4floors .... and I'll be a repeat customer!
