I highly recommend floor coverings international! We have lived in our home for 20+ years and have completed many projects throughout that time. I can honestly say that this company had the best customer service and expert craftsmanship. When I initially called I thought it would take days or even a week to get a call back. Tiegan called within an hour! She listened to my needs, set up an appointment for Joe (sales) to visit in his mobile sample unit. Joe started by stating meeting our needs was his number 1 goal. He listened to what we wanted shared samples and expertly measured our rooms. Joe had great follow up, answering all of our questions via email, text and phone. I NEVER had to wait more than an hour for a response. I thought once we signed Joe would be gone. NOPE, he visited on completion of the project to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. THIS IS SO RARE. My husband and I will definitely be using Floor Coverings International for our future flooring needs.
