We have lived here for 5 years now and don't regret a moment of it. The property manager Greg Locke is a really nice guy who has always worked with us on any issues we have had. Our maintenance men George and Raffi makes this place the best... super great guys who know us by name and always has a cheerful word and who bend over backwards to make sure that we have what we need and issues are resolved quickly. The buildings are a little older but well maintained and the neighbors mostly stay to themselves. We love living here.

We lived at Crystal Lakes for 2 1/2 years and had a great experience. The staff is helpful and prompt. The location is great. Just a mile from downtown Hilliard, a mile from the library, 1.2 miles from Kroger, and less than 10 minutes from both I-270 and 33. We really enjoyed the privacy of the location.

So far everything has been great. Dan is very helpful and the nicest guy. The town home we decided on is VERY spacious. My kids have continued to say they love the new place, which is the most important to me. The walls are a little thin and you can hear when people go up and down their stairs sometimes, the floors upstairs are a bit creaky in some places. But other than that no complaints so far.
