Scheduled an appointment online and did not have a wait time upon arrival. Receptionist was friendly. Very clean facility. Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were polite and prompt. Always a great experience at OSU Urgent Care.

I have been to the office twice in the last month. Both times the receptionist has been very friendly. Jackie, the doctor’s assistant, has been very upbeat. Then Dr. Zimmerman has given me all the time I have needed. She was patient and empathetic as she answered all of my questions. So nice to get quality OSU care - right in my neighborhood!

The gentleman working the front desk was very kind and clearly explained insurance and payment policies so I would know what to expect financially. The Drs. were prompt and got X-rays and referred me to a specialist. The wait time wasn't unreasonable, and results were given back asap. Very pleased with the entire process and happy to get started getting fixed up.
