Elements Massage Hilliard offers therapeutic and personalized massages, focusing on individual client needs. Utilizing the Elements Way™ approach, the business provides handcrafted and responsive massage sessions.
Clients have reported positive experiences with various therapists. One client mentioned a 90-minute session with Josh, noting how relaxed they felt, even dozing off at one point. They highlighted Josh's ability to stretch joints and address existing issues, recommending him for anyone needing help with mobility and relaxation. Another client praised Joshua for being effective and thorough, appreciating his professional attitude and always feeling better after sessions.
Josh has also been recognized as the best massage therapist for his knowledge and techniques that help isolate problem areas and soothe pain. Clients have enjoyed recent upgrades to the salon, finding it welcoming, calm, and relaxing. The lobby and massage rooms may be plain but functional, yet clients consistently report satisfaction with the quality of massages and the service received. It is recommended to request Josh or Paul for a high-quality and personalized experience.
The location was clean, the staff was very helpful and professional. They were detail oriented and made sure all my questions were answered before and after my massage. My therapist, Sam, was highly recomended and did an excellent job. I was comfortable throughout the entire process. My neck tension greatly improved after the first treatment and I will be visiting again soon.
I have been with Elements for over 2 years now. I have had nothing but good experiences. However, I recently found Rick and he is so good. Right pressure, good time management and just overall good at giving feedback.
WOW WOW , JOSHUA IS A MAGICIAN- if you have neck pain , you hold stress in your back , you do physical labor for work , you clinch your teeth …. Doesn’t matter what you need he can help you. This place is awesome.
